Magnetic filter box T-piece
RO-MAG© T-piece filter magnet is an ideal solution to eliminate fine ferrous contaminants of your free-fall bulk production line if you wish to clean it manually. This type of filter magnet has a very short installation height so that it can be easily built into an existing line with KMH or other piping systems with clamping ring connections.
Suitable for Food and non-food application.

Housing:
- Completely made of SS304
- Finishing sandblasted
- Very easy to install with clamping ring system in new or standard existing T-piece
- Standard equipped with KMH clamping ring connection
- Easy to clean by removing the magnetic bars out of the T-piece
- EPDM FDA Seal

- NEODYMIUM
- Measured value at surface of magnetic bar: + 12.000 Gauss
- Diameter magnetic bars: 25mm
- Temp. Resistance: –20/80°C
Optional Easy Clean System:
- After removing the grids from the T-piece, separate the extractor from the magnetbars and the fine iron pieces will fall away.
- Extractor tubes: Ø28x1mm

Hints
- The gap between the magnetic bars must be at least as big as the diameter of one magnetic bar.
- We can provide the filter magnet with a calibration certificate, so you are always in order for an audit.
